​Hi, I’m Amanda and my work is rooted in one belief: learning changes everything.

​

My journey started in the classroom as a high school teacher, where I saw the impact of learning up close. Later, I moved into corporate learning and development, where I discovered how powerful well-designed training can be in helping organizations grow and succeed.

​

I focus on learning that works for the people doing the work and for the business behind it. Whether it's building skills, streamlining processes, or sparking new ideas, I'm driven by the opportunity to make learning meaningful and practical.

​

Outside of work, I’m a mom to Annabelle, my endlessly curious sidekick and source of joy. We’re usually off on an adventure, whether it’s a museum in Chicago, a weekend road trip, or a far-off destination. Travel and exploration are a big part of my life, and I’m always learning along the way.

​

I also have a soft spot for wine, discovering neighborhood gems, and slow mornings with a good cup of coffee.

Mission

I help organizations unlock the potential of their frontline teams by designing learning experiences that are practical, personalized, and tied to real business goals. My focus is on creating high-impact training that equips people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to do great work and deliver meaningful results.

With a background in instructional design, learning technology, and data-informed strategy, I work alongside clients to build solutions that actually make a difference—not just check a box. I care deeply about designing with intention, measuring what matters, and continuously improving along the way.

At the core of everything I do is a commitment to collaboration, clarity, and creating learning that works—for the business and the people behind it.

Vision

My vision is to shift how organizations approach learning—especially for the people on the front lines. I believe when employees are equipped with the right knowledge and support, they not only perform better but also create stronger customer experiences and business outcomes.
