About
I help organizations solve complex challenges by building the capabilities and systems needed to make change stick.
My career started in a high school classroom, where I learned that great teaching isn't about what you know - it's about understanding why people struggle and what they actually need to succeed. That insight shaped everything that followed.

Over the past decade in corporate learning and organizational development, I've built programs across healthcare, customer experience, and operations that reduce time-to-competency, improve performance, and drive measurable business results. But what really drives me is a question most people don't ask enough: Why do performance gaps persist even when we've addressed them?

That question leads me to look beyond individual solutions to the systems, processes, and organizational factors that actually determine whether change sticks. I combine strategic thinking with operational expertise because the best solutions often require redesigning how work happens—not just training people differently.
Outside of work, I'm mom to Annabelle, my endlessly curious travel companion. Our family explores Chicago museums, take weekend road trips, and plan the next big adventure. At the moment, I'm learning to paint.

I'm fueled by good coffee, great wine, and the belief that curiosity makes everything better.
