Brew School

This was an instructor-led experience created for non-brewer employees. The purpose was to inform them of how alcohol is brewed and how the company's products differ from that. These employees had little to no experience with brewing or the product; however, they were expected to sell, explain, or contribute to the mission.
The instructor was a master brewer and would be able to bring along tasting samples to increase the engagement and interactivity of this experience.
Development of this training required reviewing existing material created by the master brewer and other subject matter experts. With a learner analysis, it was determined that the audience did not need that level of detail. So, along with creating an updated look and feel, I pared down the information and aligned them to realistic learning objectives.
